John Hards, President
John Hards is a major shareholder in IEM and joined the company in September 2003.
Background & Experience: Mr. Hards has over 40 years experience in the manufacturing sector including consulting experience in sawmill and plywood mill improvement projects. Mr. Hards is also a Manning Award winner (Innovation Prize) for the invention of the Durand Raute Rotary Veneer Clipper which enabled more efficient production of veneer and plywood.
Joe Wurz, CA - VP Finance
Joe Wurz is a major shareholder in IEM and joined the company in September 2003 as VP Finance.
Background & Experience: Joe Wurz is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience who has worked in senior management positions for industrial, manufacturing and forestry companies.
